Vesicle Trafficking & Pathways to Neurodegeneration – Virtual Conference
This new conference aims to advance understanding of neurodegenerative disease biology by exploring links across disorders, such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and the spastic paraplegias. The online forum aims to aid development of patient-benefitting interventions by bringing together clinicians, academics and researchers from industry.
Worldwide participation is encouraged with sessions in afternoons for Europe and Africa | mornings for the Americas.
Sessions will focus on the genetics of neurodegeneration and fundamental cell biology, including autophagy, endocytic trafficking, synaptic vesicles, mitochondria and axonal transport. Challenges of translating advances in neurodegenerative disease biology into therapeutic interventions will be discussed throughout the conference.
We welcome abstracts on all areas of Vesicle Trafficking & Pathways to Neurodegeneration.
Submit your research for a short talk, or poster and lightning talk by 23 March 2021.
